Tissue Grafting
The final surgery
of your rehabilitation is the plastic surgical phase of
any of the bone grafting procedures. The purpose of the
tissue grafting and implant surgery is to allow for the
gingiva to appear as normal as possible when the patient
smiles and to allow for oral hygiene to bring keratinized,
i.e., stippled, tough gingiva to those areas that are being
brushed. The specific techniques will be discussed with
